TOUR DE FRANCE 2025

15-22 July, 7 nights

EXPERIENCE THE WORLD'S BIGGEST RACE

Undoubtedly, this is the ultimate Tour de France experience. Watch the race from the roadside on multiple days, drink in the incredible atmosphere, and combine it with guided, supported rides on the same roads as the pros race.

The 2025 route includes three incredible stages in the Pyrenees - see below for a detailed look at each.

We will ride out together, stopping for lunch on the way, watch the race, and either ride back or jump in the car depending on the day's stage.

On the other riding days we will ride famous climbs and stage routes from  this and previous Tours de France. You will be fully supported on the road, so all you need to carry is one bottle and your next homemade energy bar. Everything else you need will be in the follow car. The routes each day will have easier and harder options, depending on how your legs feel, and include Cols d’Aubisque and Soulor, Hautacam, Luz Ardiden, Col d’Aspin, Col du Tourmalet and more!

€2500 (sharing twin room)

REVIEWS FOR TOUR DE FRANCE WEEK

“This was an absolutely epic experience. The whole trip was seamless and Jamie
arranged the best experiences for the three Tour stages we got to view.”

Stage 12: Auch - Hautacam

17 July 2025

181 km

This is your chance to see a huge summit finish at the roadside!

The race enters the Pyrenees from the north via the Col du Soulor followed by the punchy Col des Bordères. Then it's a short descent into the valley and the foot of Hautacam for a tough 13km climb to a summit finish. Vingegaard and Pogacar went to war here in 2022, with the former coming out on top.

Hautacam is only a 15-minute ride from our house. We will have an optional ride in the morning and then we'll grab backpacks with packed lunches and ride up the mountain to get a great viewing spot, paint the road, and cheer the riders up close.

Stage 13: Peyragudes Time Trial

18 July 2025

11 km

A rare mountain time trial offers another fantastic viewing experience! The riders will be spread out over three hours, so you get to see a lot more and you can't miss seeing your favourite riders and giving them a big cheer.

The route climbs the Col de Peyresourde from Loudenvielle and then turns off to the Peyragudes ski station and a finish on its brutally steep (25%!) altiport runway.

We will drive around to the valley in the morning then ride up to an ideal place to watch the riders come through one by one, enjoy a picnic lunch and shout ourselves hoarse. After the stage, we'll roll back to the car and drive home.

Stage 14: Pau - Superbagnères

19 July 2025

183 km

The mighty climb of Superbagnères makes its return after 36 years, and the riders will first have to climb the Col du Tourmalet, Col d'Aspin and Col de Peyresourde, for a total of nearly 5,000m of ascent. Especially coming on the heels of the two stages above, this will be a huge test for the GC riders.

Our suggestion for this stage is to ride from the house up the Col du Tourmalet to watch the race pass early in the afternoon on this most famous of climbs and then to continue riding through the afternoon on a route that we will decide with the group. This way, you get the best combination of spectating and riding, which is what our Tour de France Week is all about!
